What GreytHR does in AmDital
Check-ins sent as swipes
Check-ins and check-outs recorded in AmDital attendance are sent to GreytHR as swipes — instantly, or in a daily batch, depending on the sync mode you pick.
GreytHR attendance reports
The GreytHR settings page shows the daily muster and a date-range attendance summary pulled directly from GreytHR.
Leave balances
Leave sync is a separate switch. Turn it on and AmDital pulls GreytHR leave balances every four hours. Leave can also be applied in GreytHR from the integration page.
Employees matched by email
GreytHR employees are matched to AmDital members by email address, so each person’s GreytHR records line up with their AmDital account.
Set it up
Open Settings → Workspace → Integrations → GreytHR in AmDital.
Enter your GreytHR domain and API credentials; the API password is stored encrypted.
Pick real-time or daily swipe sync, and switch on leave sync if you want it.
What it doesn't do yet
The connection is configured once per workspace by an owner, admin or manager; employees do not connect their own GreytHR accounts. GreytHR job openings and candidates can be viewed on the integration page but are not copied into AmDital recruitment, and payroll is not synced.
