Your inbox, on the customer record.
Connect your Gmail account and AmDital pulls your recent inbox and sent mail, matches each email to the right CRM contact, and stops follow-up sequences when they reply.
What Gmail does in AmDital
Inbox and sent mail
The 25 most recent inbox and sent messages sync when you connect and again every 15 minutes after that.
Matched to contacts
Each email is matched to the CRM contact it belongs to, so the conversation sits on their record.
Sequences pause on reply
When a contact replies, any active email sequence for them pauses automatically.
Read-only access
AmDital asks Google for read-only Gmail access. It reads your mail to build the customer record; it does not send, delete or change anything in your mailbox.
Set it up
Open the CRM email settings in AmDital and choose Connect Gmail.
Approve read-only access in Google.
Your first sync starts straight away.
What it doesn't do yet
Each person connects their own Gmail account; there is no workspace-wide mailbox import.
Works with the CRM & Sales module.
